Guado al Tasso is the Antinori family's Bolgheri estate on the Tuscan coast, and this is its flagship wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc with a little Petit Verdot. Blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar, and Mediterranean herbs over firm, polished tannins. Tenuta Guado al Tasso, 2022 vintage. Decant for an hour or more, or cellar it for a decade. Pair with bistecca alla fiorentina, lamb chops, or aged pecorino.
