From San Marzano, a large growers' cooperative in the Salento peninsula of Puglia, Edda is a rounded Southern Italian white, built largely on Chardonnay alongside local varieties. It shows ripe yellow apple, peach and a light floral note, with a soft, creamy texture and enough freshness to keep it lively. San Marzano, 2024 vintage. Chill well and serve with grilled shrimp, burrata with tomatoes, or pasta with lemon and zucchini.
