Expect a full, polished red with dark cherry, blackcurrant, and spice over firm, fine-grained tannins. Ruffino, 2019 vintage. Decant for 30 to 60 minutes before serving. Pair with grilled steak, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, or aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.
