Grattamacco was one of the first estates to plant Bordeaux varieties on the Bolgheri coast of Tuscany, in the late 1970s, and its hilltop vineyards sit near the sea. The Bolgheri Rosso is the estate's younger red, built around Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Black cherry, blackcurrant, herbs, and a saline freshness, with supple, medium-full body.
