Castello dei Rampolla is a family estate in the Conca d'Oro of Panzano, in the heart of Chianti Classico. Sammarco is its Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant red with a bit of Sangiovese, one of the earlier Super Tuscans. Expect blackcurrant, black cherry, tobacco, and herbs over firm, fine tannins.
