Terrabianca is an estate in the Chianti Classico hills near Radda, and Campaccio is its long-running Super Tuscan, blending Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon. Expect dark cherry, blackcurrant, dried herbs and a hint of spice, with firm, fine tannins and bright acidity from the Sangiovese. Arillo in Terrabianca, 2021 vintage. Decant for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve with grilled steak, pappardelle with ragù, or aged pecorino.
