Kirchberg de Barr is a Grand Cru in the northern Alsace village of Barr, and Clos Gaensbroennel is a walled vineyard within it, bottled by Willm. Gewürztraminer here gives lychee, rose, orange peel and exotic spice, with a rich texture and a hint of sweetness. Willm, 2022 vintage. Serve chilled but not cold. Pair with Munster cheese, spicy Asian dishes, or foie gras.
