The Douro's terraced schist slopes produce the grapes behind Port. That fortification is why Port is sweet and strong at once, with dark fruit and spirit warmth. Bottled under the Quinta Do Noval LBV label. A little below room temperature is right. Classic with blue cheese, walnuts, and chocolate.
