Deeply colored and fragrant, with violet, blackberry, and dark plum over dense, fine tannins. Quinta do Crasto, 2021 vintage. Decant for an hour, or cellar for several years. Serve with roast lamb, grilled steak, or bacalhau with potatoes and olive oil.
