Poças is a family-owned Port house in the Douro Valley, and like many of its neighbors it also makes dry table wines from the region's native grapes. Branco da Ribeira is a dry white, and Douro whites of this kind tend to show citrus, white stone fruit and a mineral, lightly herbal character with good freshness. Poças, 2022 vintage. Serve chilled, but not ice cold, so the texture shows. Pair with grilled octopus, bacalhau, or roast chicken.
