Chardonnay takes its character as much from the winemaking as from the vineyard. Barrel fermentation adds vanilla and texture; stainless steel keeps it lean and citrus-driven. Bottled by Orin Swift Mannequin from the 2023 harvest. Chill it, but let it warm slightly in the glass. Pairs with rich fish, poultry, and soft cheeses.
