In the northern Rhône Syrah is elegant and peppery; in Australia, as Shiraz, it turns rich and sweet-fruited. Blackberry, olive, smoked meat and cracked pepper, with firm structure underneath. Bottled by Mullineux from the 2023 harvest. Serve at cool room temperature. Excellent with grilled lamb, peppered steak, and braised dishes.
