Profile is Merryvale's flagship, a Bordeaux-style blend from Napa Valley led by Cabernet Sauvignon. It is the estate's most ambitious wine, built for aging. Blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar and dark chocolate with dense, polished tannins and a long finish. Merryvale, 2019 vintage. Decant for a couple of hours, or cellar for a decade or more. Serve with dry-aged steak, rack of lamb, or prime rib.
