Isosceles is Justin's flagship, a Cabernet Sauvignon-led Bordeaux-style blend from its estate west of Paso Robles, on California's Central Coast, where limestone soils and cool nights help keep the wine in balance. Rich and ripe, with blackcurrant, black cherry, cocoa, and sweet spice over smooth, full tannins. Justin, 2021 vintage. Decant for 30 to 60 minutes. Serve with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, or aged gouda.
