Rum is made from sugarcane — either molasses or fresh-pressed juice — and the style varies enormously by country. Sweetness varies by producer, and some houses add sugar after distillation. This one comes from Flor de Caña. Aged rum is best neat or over one cube. Works in a Daiquiri when it is dry enough.
