In northeastern Italy Pinot Grigio is taken seriously rather than churned out. Made properly it is textured, with pear and almond weight; made carelessly it is thin and neutral. This one comes from Elena Walch. Chilled, in a decent glass. Good with prosciutto, risotto, seafood, or soft cheese.
