The Loire runs cool and long, producing taut Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin in every sweetness level, and light, peppery Cabernet Franc. Bottled by Domaine Huet Vouvray Le from the 2020 harvest. A short decant helps. Made for tomato-based dishes, grilled meat, and hard cheese.
