Vieux Télégraphe is the Brunier family's Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate on the stony La Crau plateau, and its white is a blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Bourboulenc. Peach, pear, honeysuckle and fennel on a rich, textured body with a fresh, stony finish. Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe, 2024 vintage. Serve cool, not cold. Pair with roast chicken, lobster, or scallops with brown butter.
