Tempranillo grows across northern Spain under half a dozen local names. Red fruit, leather and tobacco, traditionally framed by American oak's vanilla and coconut. Coto de Imaz is the name on the bottle. Serve at cool room temperature. Serve with lamb, chorizo, roast meats, or Manchego.
