Chêne Bleu is a high-elevation estate in the Vaucluse, in the hills above the Dentelles de Montmirail in the southern Rhône. Rêve de Scipion is one of its reds, and like the estate's other wines it leans toward Mediterranean fruit with freshness from altitude. Expect dark berries, garrigue herbs, and a gentle spice note.
