Red cherry and raspberry over an earthy, savory base, with light color that belies its complexity. Oregon's Willamette Valley sits at roughly the same latitude as Burgundy and makes Pinot Noir with a similar sensibility. Bottled by Bergstrom Silice from the 2019 harvest. Serve cool — warmth flattens it. Good with grilled salmon, roast duck, or anything with mushrooms.
