Bergström farms biodynamically in Oregon's Willamette Valley, and Le Pré du Col is one of its single-vineyard bottlings — the point of which is to show one site rather than a blended house style. Willamette Pinot leans red-fruited and earthy with brisk acidity, closer in shape to Burgundy than to California. Serve at cellar temperature. Good with duck, salmon, pork, or mushroom dishes.
