Txakoli is the bright white wine of Spain's Basque Country, usually made from the native Hondarrabi Zuri grape and traditionally poured from a height to rouse its light spritz. Zarutz Primo is crisp and low in alcohol, with green apple, lemon and a salty finish. Serve very cold. A natural match for pintxos, grilled sardines, and boquerones.
