Beaujolais is Gamay, grown in the hills just south of Burgundy, and at its best it is fresh, juicy, and easy to love. This one is in the classic style: red cherry, raspberry, and a light floral note, low in tannin with bright acidity. Serve slightly chilled, about 20 minutes in the fridge. Pair with charcuterie, roast chicken, or a burger.
