Agave takes years to mature before it can be harvested, which is why good tequila is not cheap. Cooked agave, black pepper and citrus, with oak adding vanilla and caramel in the aged expressions. This one comes from Volcan De Mi Tierra. Neat, or in a Margarita made with real citrus. Good before a meal, and with Mexican food throughout.
