Via Caritatis is the wine label of the Benedictine monks of the Abbaye Sainte-Madeleine du Barroux, at the foot of Mont Ventoux in Provence. Vox is their red, a southern Rhône-style blend from the Ventoux area. Red berries, garrigue herbs, and a peppery note, with a medium body and soft tannins. Via Caritatis. Serve slightly cool. Pair with roast chicken, herbed lamb, or ratatouille.
