Milk & Honey is a Tel Aviv distillery, Israel's first dedicated whisky distillery, and its hot climate ages spirit quickly in cask. Elements Peated is a single malt made with peated barley, bringing gentle smoke over honeyed malt, dried fruit, and spice. Pour it neat or with a few drops of water; it also makes a smoky Penicillin or Rob Roy.
