The 'single' refers to a single distillery, not a single barrel. The cask does much of the talking: bourbon barrels give vanilla and citrus, sherry casks dried fruit and spice. Bottled under the The BenRiach label. A few drops of water genuinely open it up. Best on its own, without distraction.
