Chardonnay takes its character as much from the winemaking as from the vineyard. Apple, lemon and white peach, with a creamy mid-palate where malolactic fermentation has been allowed. This one comes from St. Buena Vida Alcohol-Removed. Around 50°F, in a proper glass. Works with anything creamy or buttery on the plate.
