Siete Leguas is one of the last distilleries in Jalisco still using a stone tahona wheel alongside modern milling, and it is the producer that made Patrón for years before that brand moved on. The añejo spends over a year in oak, which softens the cooked-agave core without burying it. This is tequila for people who want to taste the agave rather than the barrel.
