Rihaku is a sake brewery in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, named for the Chinese poet Li Bai. Wandering Poet is a junmai ginjo, brewed with polished rice and no added alcohol. Pear, melon and a hint of anise with a full, dry finish. Serve chilled in a wine glass alongside sashimi, grilled fish, or roast chicken. 720 ml bottle.
