Single pot still — a distinctly Irish style using both malted and unmalted barley — gives a creamy, spicy texture nothing else replicates. Soft orchard fruit, vanilla and a gentle grain sweetness, with less smoke than Scottish equivalents. Bottled under the Redbreast 'Lustau Edition' Sherry label. Very forgiving in a cocktail. Works in a Highball as easily as it does neat.
