Single pot still — a distinctly Irish style using both malted and unmalted barley — gives a creamy, spicy texture nothing else replicates. Soft orchard fruit, vanilla and a gentle grain sweetness, with less smoke than Scottish equivalents. Powers is the name on the bottle. Very forgiving in a cocktail. Works in a Highball as easily as it does neat.
