Scotland's whisky regions each carry a loose house style, from delicate Lowland to smoky Islay. Malt sweetness, orchard or dried fruit, and oak spice, with peat where the barley was dried over smoke. Water to taste; there is no wrong amount. Good on its own, or in a Highball with soda.
