Podernuovo a Palazzone is the Bulgari family's estate at San Casciano dei Bagni, in southern Tuscany near the Umbrian border. Sotirio is its Sangiovese, grown on clay and limestone at elevation: red cherry, blood orange, dried herbs and a firm, savory structure with bright acidity. Podernuovo, 2021 vintage.
