Viognier is famously perfumed — often the first thing people notice about it. Apricot, honeysuckle and peach, with a fuller body and lower acidity than most white grapes. This one comes from Pine Ridge. Cool, not cold — over-chilling hides the aromatics. Good with roast chicken, pork, or dishes with a touch of spice.
