Sonoma covers far more varied ground than Napa — coastal fog, inland heat, and a dozen distinct appellations within one county. Bottled by Pax Sonoma Hillsides from the 2023 harvest. Serve at cool room temperature. Excellent with grilled lamb, peppered steak, and braised dishes.
