Cream sherry is oloroso sweetened with Pedro Ximénez, and Osborne is one of the oldest sherry houses, based in El Puerto de Santa María. Rich and smooth, with raisin, toffee, and toasted nut. Serve slightly chilled or over ice with an orange slice, or pour a small glass with blue cheese, pecan pie, or vanilla ice cream.
