Amaro Montenegro has been made in Bologna since 1885 and is one of Italy's most popular amari, gentler and sweeter than many of its peers. It shows orange peel, vanilla, rose and baking spice with a light bitter finish. Drink it neat or over ice with an orange twist after dinner, or use it in cocktails in place of sweet vermouth or another amaro. Single 750 ml bottle.
