Blanco is tequila at its most exposed — bottled with little or no time in oak, so there is nowhere for a flawed distillate to hide. What you taste is the agave itself: green, peppery, faintly citrus, with a clean finish. It's also the right choice for a Margarita or a Paloma, where barrel character would only muddy the drink. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
