Thin-skinned and fussy about site, Pinot Noir shows where it came from more clearly than almost any other grape. Strawberry, forest floor and a gentle spice, with fine tannins and lively acidity. Meiomi is the name on the bottle. Best just below room temperature. Flexible at the table — it handles fish and meat equally well.
