Massican is Dan Petroski's white-wine project in Napa, inspired by the whites of Friuli and northeast Italy. Annia is its signature blend of Ribolla Gialla, Tocai Friulano and Chardonnay, made fresh and unoaked in style: pear, lemon, white flowers and a crisp, lightly saline finish. Massican, 2025 vintage. Serve chilled, but not too cold. Pair with crudo, spring vegetable pasta, or roast chicken with lemon.
