Terrasses du Larzac is a cool, high appellation in the Languedoc hills north of Montpellier, and Olivier Jullien of Mas Jullien is one of the growers who defined it. Autour de Jonquières draws on vineyards around the village of Jonquières and blends Mediterranean grapes such as Carignan, Grenache and Mourvèdre.
