Tempranillo grows across northern Spain under half a dozen local names. Red fruit, leather and tobacco, traditionally framed by American oak's vanilla and coconut. This one comes from Mano A Mano. Serve at cool room temperature. Serve with lamb, chorizo, roast meats, or Manchego.
