Terre Alte is the white that made Livio Felluga's name, a blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon from the Rosazzo hills in Friuli's Colli Orientali. It is layered and long: ripe pear, white peach, sage, almond and a mineral finish, with a texture that deepens over years in bottle. Livio Felluga, 2022 vintage. Serve cool, not cold, and give it some air. Pair with lobster, veal in cream sauce, or aged Montasio.
