Sonoma covers far more varied ground than Napa — coastal fog, inland heat, and a dozen distinct appellations within one county. This is the 2022 from Lewis Cellars Sonoma. Chill it, but let it warm slightly in the glass. Excellent with lobster, roast chicken, or a butter-based sauce.
