Soju is Korea's national spirit, a clean, light distilled drink with a lower strength than most spirits. K Town's version is flavored with peach and a kick of chili pepper, sweet and fruity with a gentle heat at the finish. Serve well chilled in small glasses, or mix with soda or lager. Good with Korean barbecue and fried chicken.
