Isosceles is Justin's flagship, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from the estate's west-side Paso Robles vineyards. This is the 1.5-liter magnum, a format that ages slowly and pours for a crowd. Expect cassis, black cherry, vanilla, cocoa and a full, smooth finish. Justin, 2018 vintage. Decant for an hour. Serve with prime rib, grilled lamb, or braised short ribs.
