Nigori is sake that is only coarsely filtered, leaving some rice solids in the bottle for a cloudy look and a creamy texture. Junmai means it is made from rice, water, yeast, and koji with no added alcohol. Joto's version is lightly sweet, with rice pudding and tropical fruit notes. Shake gently and serve chilled. Good with spicy food, Korean fried chicken, or fruit desserts.
