Jonata farms sandy soils in the Ballard Canyon area of the Santa Ynez Valley, and Todos — Spanish for 'everyone' — is its blend that brings together several of the estate's red grapes. Expect ripe, layered fruit: blackberry, black cherry, spice, a little smoke and dried herbs, with generous body and firm tannins. Jonata, 2018 vintage. With some bottle age, it is ready; decant for 30 minutes. Pair with grilled lamb, tri-tip, or smoked brisket.
